Ajax called “The Hermitage” and as you can probably tell by the picture of the house, it
was a good size with very nice landscaping.
When either myself or a member of my team lists a home for sale, we are just one cog
in the sales process. There are my assistants, like Janet, who my clients gave a shout-
out to, our stager Jessica and photographer Ron, both who we still use to this day. We
also have general contractors, painters, a junk removal company, a moving company,
organizers, packers and more that we utilize when working with our sellers. In a
nutshell, we are a one-stop shop for all your real estate needs.
What’s more, most of the members of my team have been with me for a long time,
which is great for our clients since there is continuity and knowledge on how we like
things done. For instance, Janet had been my assistant for over 20 years.
Unfortunately, she retired but my new assistant, Ginette, took over and she’s been with
me for 10 years now. For those of you that have had the good fortune of meeting or
talking with Ginette, you know what I mean when I say she’s a big asset to the team.
